2. About IMEFNA and Our Programs

IMEFNA is committed to serving economically weak, meritorious minority students, particularly Muslims in India, by helping them excel and compete academically. Through our website, we offer information about our programs, including:

• Upward Bound Program — scholarships for high school students attending professional exam coaching classes;
• Learning Centers — libraries with study materials for entrance exam preparation;
• Student Empowerment Program — English language, computer literacy, and career planning training;
• GAIN Program — assistance with scholarship applications; and
• Vocational training partnerships, including computer training, ITI, and other technical skill development.

Our website also allows visitors to make donations in support of these programs.

3. Donations

We accept donations through several channels, described on our Donation page:

• Credit or debit card, processed through a third-party online payment platform linked from our website;
• Zelle, sent directly to the email address shown on our Donation page, processed through your own bank’s Zelle service (please include your email or mailing address in the transfer comments so that we can send you a receipt); and
• Check, made payable to IMEFNA and mailed to the address shown on our Donation page.

Except as otherwise required by law, donations are non-refundable. IMEFNA does not guarantee the tax-deductibility of any donation; please consult your own tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our website and online forms, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any donation or contact form;
• Use our website or forms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
